Smaller businesses are equally exposed to online threats but have far fewer resources to adequately protect themselves. The European CYSSME project provides assistance with an effective and affordable approach that is fully tailored to each company’s challenges and risk profile. Thanks to CYSSME, participating companies can swiftly identify their security priorities, learn how to mitigate risks, and navigate the online world safely. CYSSME has been granted a three-year mandate and a substantial subsidy package to aid in enhancing the cybersecurity of European SMEs.

IT services provider BNS is incorporating the Ceeyu service into its already extensive portfolio of Cybersecurity services, including firewall deployments and management, backup & restore solutions, antivirus, anti-phishing and multi-factor authentication.

Companies can now get insight in their externally visible IT and network systems and the security risks present in that footprint in the same way a hacker does, for free. Ceeyu offers some of its premium features, such as digital footprint monitoring and a basic version of attack surface management at no cost.

At Ceeyu, we now offer hassle-free penetration testing, seamlessly integrated with the automated digital footprint mapping and attack surface analysis services offered on the Ceeyu.io platform.

Relying on its technology and know-how, Ceeyu will help GlobalSign focus its security resources on strengthening protection where it is needed based on security risks identified by its SaaS platform. GlobalSign will also use the Ceeyu platform to identify security risks at its major suppliers, known as Third Party Security Risk Management (or TPsRM).

Gino Geysermans, formerly Sales Director Strategic Accounts at Telenet Business, will be responsible for Sales & Business Development, Dries Plasman, formerly VP Marketing & Product at Voxbone, will take care of marketing and product development at Ceeyu.

The Mechelen-based start-up Ceeyu, which already supplies cyber security solutions to retail chains Casa, De Watergroep, Farys, NVISO and Ordina, receives EUR 750,000 from PMV, Seeder Fund and a group of business angels.

A team of three Flemish technology and services companies and three research groups have started working on the APAX project.
